Aviniti architected Calibre as two deeply connected products: a consumer-facing grooming app (available to everyone) and a business management platform for barbershops. The consumer app creates demand and builds client profiles; the business platform captures that demand and runs the operation.
Calibre launched on both platforms and has earned a perfect 5-star rating. The dual-product approach created a flywheel: consumer app users discover local Calibre-powered barbershops, driving foot traffic and bookings directly into the business management system.
